With Tim Kruithoff's wife Christine, sons Justin and Colin and daughter Madelyn, Kruithoff has grown his operation to 2,800 acres, concentrating on no-till corn, soybeans and wheat with the goal of increasing conservation tillage. 

The journey from moldboard plow to 4% organic matter has taken time, increased management, and trial and error, but it has put this Ohio no-tiller in a better position for profitability with improved soil health, significantly lower labor and input costs, and steady yields.
