Jay Fuhrer, NRCS Soil Health Specialist; Bob Burger, Woods End Laboratories Sr. Product Specialist/Scientist; Doug Adams, No-till/Strip-till farmer; and Scott Wells, University of Minnesota Department of Agronomy and Plant Genetics will be presenting. Presentations will cover topics from the Solvita soil biology test, nitrate data gathered from U of M trial plots on cereal rye cover crops, the carbon cycle and how to maximize yields through carbon storage in soil, and how one farmer has successfully implemented reduced tillage and cover crops on his farm.
