Lebanon, Pa., no-tiller Darren Grumbine discusses some of the nutritional challenges he’s faced no-tilling corn and the new approach he took this year feeding nutrients to the crop when they’re needed using tissue tests and on-farm trials.
Grumbine, who’s no-tilled 100% of his farm for the last 12 years, also talks about the value of fungicide applications on his operation, where he also raises soybeans and wheat in a 3-year rotation.
