The CDS-John Blue Diaphragm Fertigation Pump Series' modular design allows the user to choose the number of individual pumping heads required for their application. Individual pumping heads can be quickly added or removed in the field allowing for maximum versatility and no downtime.

Polypropylene, 316 stainless steel, Viton O-rings and Teflon wet end components provide a wide array of chemical compatibility and are available with a single-phase or three-phase Baldor electric gearmotor (gearmotor/pump direction is reversible). The low-maintenance design of these pumps incorporates sealed bearings, field serviceable external check valves, Teflon diaphragms and a drive system that does not require oil.

The pumps are built to accomodate a large variety of chemical and crop applications and up to three chemical products can be applied simultaneously, with independent, micrometer style flow rates for each head. Six models of this pump are available as a limited spring release, with 0.25 inch female pipe thread ports, barb fittings or push-connect fittings.
