For more than 30 years, brothers Mike and Nick Hunter have been no-tilling corn, soybeans, cattle and Christmas trees on their farm near Chariton, Iowa. They have also implemented an extensive range of conservation practices, including cover crops, contour terraces, windbreaks, filter strips and two modified sediment basins.
