EFC Systems, a Brentwood, Tenn.-based software solutions provider for the agribusiness supply chain, has announced the acquisition of AgSolver, an agronomic services company located in Ames, Iowa.

The move establishes a new Agronomic Planning and Sustainability division at EFC Systems and enables the expansion of client services out of a new base in Ames.

AgSolver's products include the Profit Zone Manager, which allows for prioritizing a profitable precision business plan customized for each field and operation. And its MMP 360 Iowa Manure Management Planning tool helps turn raw data into a complete MMP.
