No one keeps track of all the farm equipment that changes hands at the annual National No-Tillage Conference.

But given the number of postings on the “For Sale” and “Wanted” boards and the crowds gathered around them during breaks between learning sessions, it’s safe to say that more than a few no-tillers are looking forward to spring and the chance to try their new gear.

The equipment boards have become a conference tradition, making wheeling and dealing a part of the hustle and bustle.

This year’s event, held the first week of January in Des Moines, Iowa, was no different, but of course not everything posted was bought or sold.

We brought the remaining postings back to the office so we could give you a chance to join the action.
