Krause Corporation introduces a no-till shank system that the company says breaks up compacted soil layers while leaving crop residue and soil nearly undisturbed.
The system includes a narrow 3/4-inch shank, 8-inch shattering wing and tapered shank wear bar. Optional no-till closing wheels are available to close and firm the the shank path. The replaceable point, wing and wear bar are built from tempered ductile iron for superior performance and extended life in rocky soils, Krause says.
The no-till shank system is available in PathFind’r, Spring Reset and Shear bolt versions for all 4830 series in-line rippers.
