Jacto offers its Advance Vortex trailed air-assist boom sprayer with an 800-gallon capacity. The system solves “dead air” problems through its spray solution suspended in high-speed “Vortex” air, which is reported to reduce drift by as much as 71 percent.
Other features include a 60-foot, hydraulically controlled boom with electronic in-cab computerized controls, hydraulically operated fan and ceramic cylinder high-pressure piston pump. The company also offers its Falcon Vortex 3-point hitch sprayer for smaller applications.

Brillion has introduced its ST30 strip-till system, designed for large-acreage producers who want to precisely place fertilizer in the root zone.
The unit’s features are designed to manage crop residue, improve soil tilth, place fertilizer and prepare the seedbed for maximum productivity. It is available in 12-row, 30-inch units and a 16-row, 30-inch unit, and requires 20 to 30 horsepower per shank.
Standard equipment includes double-coulters, auto-reset shanks, adjustable closing coulters, 20-inch baskets, 6,000-pound wheels, hydraulic lift-and-fold cylinders and a 1,000-gallon fertilizer tank with saddle.
