Terry Taylor says cover crops can be an invaluable tool on your farm if you’re willing to take the time to manage them properly and understand the benefits of various species. The Geff, Ill., no-tiller will share the strategies he implements on acres that see continuous cover crops.

Taylor will share photos from field days showcasing the joint work on cover crop studies with former University of Illinois agronomist Mike Plumer, and he will discuss his efforts to utilize a strategy with various cover-cropping species in 30-inch rows, along with full-width seeding techniques.
