Orthman recently released the new 1tRIPr II Row Unit. The 1tRIPr II uses individual components that work in unison to perform the three principles of precision strip-tillage in a single pass. This includes: ideal seedbed preparation, precision nutrient placement and optimal root zone conditioning. When all of these precision strip-tillage principles are combined, you’ve created the perfect environment to maximize your crop yield while minimizing your inputs.
The Dual Placement System from Precision Fabrication LLC places the liquid nutrients 3 inches from the seed trench, on both sides, and the same depth as the seed. Placing nutrients in the root zone has proven to give the best crop yields for the fertilizer dollar. It is designed as a low pressure system to avoid getting splatter on the machine. Ten-inch openers run slightly “toed in,” thus creating 2 narrow trenches into which the fertilizer is streamed at very low pressure. Eleven models cover many popular planter row units.
Keep input costs in check and reduce wasted fertilizer with Ag Express’s individual row flow monitor system. Our stand-alone display lets you monitor each row individually and the user-friendly color touchscreen keeps you informed on overall application performance. With 3 levels of flow meters to choose from, 2-12 GPA, 8-80 GPA, and 70-120 GPA, we have you covered for any range of application.

Ace Pump Corporation is proud to proud to offer the Gemini™️ dual pump kit for today’s precision application requirements. The kit allows a user to operate two Ace pumps independently from a single hydraulic supply and control them manually or with a PWM (pulse width modulated) control signal.
The Gemini™️ dual pump kit is designed to control any combination of Ace’s popular FMC-HYD Series pumps powered by the 204 and 206 motors. Once installed on a planter or sprayer, the Gemini™️ kit allows operators to quickly and easily dial-in separate application rates for liquid fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and other crop inputs.
Blended Pulse DualFan (BPDF) nozzles use the same Asymmetric DualFan spray pattern as the proven TADF nozzle, bringing the best combination of drift control and coverage to PWM applications without the use of air-injection.
The BPDF is truly a multi-purpose nozzle, producing a Very Coarse to Coarse droplet spectrum at lower pressure for drift control in burndown applications, and Coarse to Medium droplets at higher pressure, perfect for coverage critical applications like contact herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and more.
The DualFan spray pattern relieves coverage concerns associated with PWM nozzles pulsing on and off. As with the popular TADF nozzle, farmers can maximize coverage by alternating BPDF nozzles on the boom to provide four angles of spray into the canopy, effectively spraying the target four times in one pass.
John Blue’s centrifugal spray pumps are efficient, versatile, and built to last. Designed to move your hard-to-handle products quickly and efficiently, these durable pumps are made to forgive as well – running them dry will not harm the seal offering peace of mind. John Blue centrifugal spray pumps include Double Wet Seal Technology, Sealed Double Bearing System, and Vac-U-Seal Impeller. Gas engine models are fully assembled and ready to attach to the power source. The hydraulic drive model features a manifold block that protects and regulates.
The Rebounder’s Y-Not Split-It® kit applies liquid fertilizer directly on side walls of the furrow, rather than splashing up on your planter, thus protecting the seeds while providing ample nutrients for germination. Installation is easy and efficient; assemble the kit directly to the bottom end of the Rebounder and connect lines supplied by your fertilizer application system. If you don’t have a pump system, give us a call. Our techs will gladly set you up with one specifically designed for your planter and help keep your farm’s operations convenient and profitable.
Built tough, the G-Series (G2™-G3™-G4™)walking beam spaces out the closing wheels, giving complete closure in terraces and valleys that can leave the furrow open and seeds exposed to the elements. On OEM tail sections, rocks and root balls can lodge between the closing wheels. The G-Series allows each wheel to travel independently over obstacles in the field, without locking up the other wheel and dragging it over the furrow.
The stainless fertilizer tube and disc mounted on the rear of the G2 and G4 applies large volumes of liquid 2x2 more efficiently than other applications on top of the ground.
The Loftness FB1210 12-ton fertilizer spreader features all-hydraulic conveyor and spinner drives. It is variable rate ready and produces the most consistent spread pattern in the industry. Also, it has a 41-inch frame clearance with variable tread width for in-season applications in row crops. The hopper is constructed of 409 stainless steel and includes no obstructions to help prevent material build-up and corrosion, while allowing material to flow smoothly.
