On Conservation Ag Operator Fellow Ray McCormick’s farm in Vincennes, Ind., the name of the game is biological activity. And while his no-till operation is his top priority, he has other side projects that play a role in his overall conservation goals, such as this natural spring pond he installed in his yard in order to boost biological activity and attract helpful animals and insects to the ecosystem he continues to facilitate.
